Let It Rain!

Who covers the heavens with clouds,Who prepares rain for the earth, Who makes grass to grow on the mountains. Psalm 147:8

It is absolutely POURING rain this morning, Praise God. This is a very VERY dry & thirsty land and we need it so very badly. Everything is soaked and overflowing but it is wonderful. It is also lightning & thundering which is not so good because the mountains & hills are also tinder dry so hopefully it won't spark too many new forest fires!!

then I will give you rain in its season, the land shall yield its produce, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit. ~Leviticus 26:4

The LORD will open to you His good treasure, the heavens, to give the rain to your land in its season, and to bless all the work of your hand. Deuteronomy 28:12

He gives rain on the earth,And sends waters on the fields. ~Job 5:10

  1. Oh yes we are waiting for the rain too. Its hit some parts of india, it may take a month to get to us...the monsoon that is.37 * was very high for Canada. Here it touched 46. More than 20 people have died in our state due to heat.
So glad you had refreshing showers.

  2. Wanted to stop by and say hi BEFORE I blog today, my Becks - to tell you I am praying for you as you count down your final days at your job. 7. I have been in the garden all day - learning from the masteress- and planting, planting, planting. I have emptied two water buts and now I need the rain as well...lots of it.....you can translate that into natural or spiritual language, depending on the mood you are in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
